It was my first time going. Definitely recommend. I was there the moment the opened up and was told I was fifth in line and I thought I was going to wait a while but Definitely not.. I was served less then 30 min.. people there treat you with respect. They followed covid protocol. Everytime a worker go to the main office they immediate put a mask on. What I also enjoyed and never seen from other mechanic place is that one of the worker came into the office and they had a big poster of lug nuts torque specs. Made me felt my car was in good hands. Normally I would hear impact wrench just going when putting lugs not but this place didn't hear that. Also what I enjoyed a customer came in being rude for something simple. I understood his frustration because the problem was simple and the mechanic should of done it the first time so the guy thought his time was being waisted but being angry dont help and the workers just stayed calm and all he said we will fix it right away and they did. Overall awesome experiance and also let me put that they they offer you other service but the different is that they don't pressure you with it and also of the price a bit high and your struggling with money they definitely would help you. I brought my Ford Fusion to Mavis on Route 22 knowing it needed repairs. The sensor for my rear right tire kept coming on, and I also wanted a general checkup since my last one was two years ago. I spoke with Crystal, explained the issue, and requested a thorough inspection.

The technician reviewed my car and determined I needed a new sensor for the rear right tire, new tires, and additional maintenance, including an oil change. Crystal walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable with the process. The technician also provided honest feedback, suggesting I reconsider the place I’d been going for oil changes, as their service might not be reliable.

While the total cost was a little over $2,000, I’m relieved to know my car is now safe for me and others on the road. On top of that, Harris, the new incoming manager, kindly dropped me off at home so I wouldn’t have to wait while the repairs were completed.

Thank you to Crystal, Harris, and the hardworking technicians for their exceptional service. My car now has new tires, updated sensors for the front and back, an oil change, and more that I probably don’t even remember! I’ll definitely continue being a valued...

I’m giving this place a 2 star review because I went in there and they did my service great and told me what I need to turn off my engine light. It was a pretty high charge for the part I needed and included labor. I found another place that could go a little lower on the labor and the part. And keep in mind that Mavis did tell me that they could not provide this piece for me. I went in there today 1/13/23, just to double check that is the piece I needed. This guy comes up to me with a tattoo sleeve, glasses, brown hat with full of food in his mouth and talks to me and giving me prices and I tell him “ I hope that’s all I need and I will probably go somewhere else for it” minutes late, I asked how long it’s going to take to check because I have work in the next hour. Same guy comes up to me with an attitude and says free of charge and I said “okay is that’s it, thanks”. And he thought I said “that’s what I get” with an attitude. And I tell him that’s not what I said and toss me my keys and tells me my car is done. This person is disrespectful to customers for no reason.
