Read moreI live in Naples, Fl and travel over 140 miles to shop at this grocery store. We bought 2 pounds of salmon and brought it home to find out it was bad. I drove all the way back to return it and the female owner tried to make it look like it was my fault that the salmon was bad. She exchanged it for another piece, but with no apologies or remorse, not even a â Iâ m Sorry for the inconvenience ! And to make things worse, the new piece of salmon that she cut for me was a half a pound over. Instead of saying to me that I wonât charge you for the extra half a pound because of the 140 miles I drove to exchange it and Iâm Sorry for the inconvenience, she charged me for the extra half a pound of the salmon. Amazing that a store owner canât be apologetic to customers that drive over 140 miles to shop at her store to keep our business. This store owner has NO experience, skills or capabilities in handing customer satisfaction problems and had NO compassion in handling my problem with this bad salmon that I bought from her store. These store owners should take lessons from Publix, where all their customers are treated with respect and 100% Satisfaction !!
I have spent hundred of dollars in this store and traveled many miles to get to it and because of this one incident without an apology from this store owner, I have lost all respect for this establishment. I will Never Go Back to this Store and will NEVER recommend this store to my friends in the...
Read moreI found many of the ladies to be rude. They also try to sneak you the oldest sausage rather than giving you fresh; and one time the cashier made a mistake and rang up pickled beets that weren't mine; had a fit about trying to take it off the bill (they were on the counter before I was up) and realized when I got home she charged me TWICE totaling 16.00 dollars! I called to get it fixed; they pretended not to speak English; got rude told me to proove it.
That's besides the fact their windows are dirty and their expensive cakes are old and unappetizing.
Will never go back; me and my friends used to buy oyr bread there. No more.
There is a much nicer store at the renovated (finally) mall; corner unit. Clean; friendly. I hope this store does well and isn't offiliated with the other, if it is, I definately won't go to this one either.
If they just reversed thw charge for something I didn't buy; I could look past the other short comings.
Well;...
