Customer lost for good - used to be a pleasant experience until yesterday . My husband bought 2 products that were defective , came to the store and we were told that it is totally fine based on the sales person, who touched the candy product with his fingers and put it back there , saying he can not except the return since it was open. I wonder how can you determine the product is not good if you do not open it ? Came home and opened the "Unlimited mint 7000 " which was leaking liquid inside the seal package. We called the store and the same salesman ( working on Sunday Sept 3, 2023) refused to provide information of the store owner. Ridiculous! The response they just provided on my Google review - saying my husband tried some of them - no he tried only one and brought it back as he does not believe that. they are normal. Maybe they were not properly stored in your store ? Your sales person touched them with his bare hands , so now my husband definitely will not eat them. . So bottom line - this store won't return money for a product that you open and try . It is their word against yours and the Customer is not always right as you can see here. if you buy a milk in the store and it is spoiled - you try and return it back - no questions asked. Not there , so beware. You can keep my $60 but you lost...

Every time I go in, I’m greeted (sometimes even by name) and it’s always great vibes. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable and always down for some chitchat. I come here quite often since a few of the products help me great with my anxiety, and everyone always has a new recommendation for me. The point system is also super helpful, especially on days I’m absolutely broke.
