I made a purchase on their Website for my mom’s birthday- she lives in town and I am far away! I’m always late to order a gift for my mom & I wanted it to arrive on her special day. I ordered a beautiful rubber tree plant - I received a phone call shortly after I placed my order letting me know this plant wasn’t available for delivery on her birthday. She was so kind and walked me thru a bunch of plants she had available for next day delivery and described them for me. This is what customer service is all about. I dropped in on the way home to pick up flowers for my wife on our anniversary. It was unplanned - just a spur of the moment idea. The owner asked what I had in mind. I said a bouquet of cut flowers for $80-100. She said, "Wow!" and went to work. What resulted was an outstanding collection of beautiful stems of various types. Even another patron commented how pleased my wife would be with this gift. Once at home, we made 3 large vase arrangements from this one bouquet. And the best part was that over the next week+, the various flowers continued to bloom! Everything was so fresh and well selected....

While the delivery and service was 5 🌟 , I picked an arrangement that I thought would be more fall and orange , and it came more pink and purple. Those pastels are her favorite... but what I was really disappointed with was that I intentionally left the card blank signed with a heart as I wanted this person to feel special on their birthday. I didn't want them to know who it was from . They recipient called the store and was informed who sent it . Kinda just ruined it as she didn't get that mystery I was hoping for and just asked why I would do that. Next time I'll call and make clear....
