Mr Divot's Miniature Golf — Local services in North Royalton

Me and my girlfriend visited. We did have fun and spoke with the owner prior to our run and she expressed interest in improving the courses. I have some thoughts to share

Priority number 1, I'd get some music going through the park, like it was just us for a bit and the only sounds were cars on the road and machines running. It would make the experience much more lively.

The whole course in question needs a new coat of paint, some of the concrete was busted and actually affected my score at one point. The rocket ship hole had a rise that is just a bit too steep and one of the obstacles had to be operated by hand.

A fountain or water hazards would also give some variety to the courses and general ambience.

Lastly, the card for scoring and pencil were a fun touch, but maybe like a laniard to hold them in to free up hands would be a nice idea. This last idea is the least important because obviously bigger parties can trade off who holds the card but it is more difficult with just two and would be a nice quality of life thing. Overall, still had fun and it was nice meeting the owner. I wish you luck in improving this place and hope to try the food and ice...

Awful and rude. Ashley (who is apparently a co owner) is terrible with customer relations. We have been visiting Divots for all of our lives living and growing up in North Royalton. We had our two kids and Grandma with us having lunch and getting ready to take them out to hit a couple buckets of balls at the golf range when she came running out frantically screaming about it being non smoking area which we respected all signage posted for the 8 ft from the building rule. We were also yelled at to not exit and enter thru the bar door and to walk completely around when there were other patrons entering and exiting thru the door...When I called to follow up and speak with someone regarding her rudeness she continued grabbing the phone from the poor girl working and hanging up. Just awful that we have such rude out of towners who purchased this wonderful old family owned and operated business treating our beloved community so poorly. We will continue to patron the bar and grill but we will no longer continue to support their sports facilities...

I visited a few weeks ago, while the food was good we had an unpleasant experience regarding the driving range. We purchased a bucket of golf balls with the intentions borrowing the business's clubs. The person I brought with me had been there before and they had them available to borrow then. We couldn't locate any clubs for use, I ended up finding an employee in the bar who informed me they did not have them to borrow. She instructed me to head back to the restaurant for our refund. When I asked the employees working the restaurant they texted their boss, and were told to tell me all sales are final and refunds are not available. I would understand this if the clubs not being available was communicated, there were no signs by the ball purchase machine or anywhere mentioning this and no employees around that area.
