The Plaza is okay but UPS needs a rebuild, associates inside of the store cannot tell me where my package is ??? UPS 's " Flip a Coin " service should be avoided. If your package requires a signature and you are not home to sign for it, you are on your own. Your package is riding around in some truck being step on everyday...Avoid ' signature' deliveries...
