Placed an online order January 18th and didn't receive a shipping notification/tracking number by January 31st so I called and they said they'd have someone else who handles that call me back. Never heard back so I called again February 7th and they said my item would be mailed out either that day (Friday) or that Monday. A couple more weeks pass and I still don't get a shipping notification so I call back February 24th and have to wait again for the person that handles that. Didn't hear back so I call again February 26th and the girl was kind of short with me and not as friendly as previous phone calls but she said they were printing the label and it'll go out the next morning. Finally got a tracking number that day and it was picked up the next morning. Shipping was delayed due to storms or fire or something according to usps.com but it finally arrived March 14th! I had also sent an email in the beginning and never got a response so phone call was definitely...
