I always come to this starbucks and get coffee's for my job. I've spent so much on coffees this week here. Today was the worst experience i have ever had. I came by at like 9:15 and went inside because I had a 7 coffee's to order. When i first walked in the girl taking the orders was on her phone. Thats already bad because she shouldn't be doing that when there is customers in front of her face. She took my order and never even asked for my name which other starbucks do so you can know which coffee's are yours. The girl that was making the coffee's was very rude because she made the coffees and the last 3 she made I wasn't sure who it was for because it wasn't mine and since there was no name how was I supposed to know if it was for me or the gentleman standing there as well. I realized that they were for me but they were wrong I approached her and stated first that I was sorry but the coffee's that supposedly were mine were wrong. She then said "You should tell me its wrong instead of watching me make it" In my head all i thought was WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH THIS GIRL. You work at a coffee shop honey your job isn't rocket science, and as far as i'm concerned that's not the way you respond to customers. I kept my composure because I manage a company and I don't like to react at the heat of the moment. This girl whoever she is, needs to learn customer service and not respond like that. She had reddish orange glasses and she was the worst. All I know i will never again approach that starbucks because if i see her again I will be rude right back. Read moreWent through drive through, ordered a hot white chocolate mocha. The gentleman (blonde/bun on head), barely acknowledged us at window. Asked to use my points, he said yes then walked away. A couple seconds later he. Ame back with my drink. Drove home, my husband and I went to start to drink the coffee and ... not what I ordered. Instead, it was more like a hot milk with white chocolate in it. And some yellow fluid floating on top. It tasted awful. It wasn't worth my gas to drive back. This happens so often at this location if you go in the evening. It appears the team working the later shift are more interested leaving rather than taking care of the customer. It's really too bad. Read moreThey couldn't get an order right to save their lives. I like the location bc its where I can do most of my shopping. The establishment it's self is well kept. However as off late employees are smoking right at the doors and it travels through the building. The staff for the most part are nice for the morning staff but afternoon? Forget it. All courtesy goes out the window. There is 1 drink I'm particularly addicted to gets made right everywhere else but this location and the location in Ludlow on i90. They've mixed up orders. Given us more sometimes less than what we purchased. I've even asked for them to REFUND and they couldn't figure out how to do that!!! And after many mishaps at this location I just won't be coming back...
