Bill Little ran a large estate sale for us, with over 500 items ranging from Persian rugs and antiquities to fun things from flea markets. I was astonished by the time and effort he and his photographers and crew spent, inventorying, cataloguing and organizing for the web site. A week before the sale Bill and crew started staging the house, and spent hours and hours there.

When it came time for the sale, I was even more impressed: everything was displayed beautifully and creatively, to its best advantage there was no chaos; everything remained neat and orderly each day there was staff everywhere, including security there were movers available to assist there were signs prohibiting parking on one side of the street so neighbors didn't go crazy

When it was all over, the few small items that remained were donated by Bill, all garbage and debris had been carted away, like nothing had ever happened, and we were amazed. We were also extremely happy with the proceeds from the sale! I wish I could hire Bill Little to run the other...

I cannot say enough about Bill and his team! Everyone on this team took the time to review and research each product to price it properly and to make sure nothing was devalued in the process. Not only did they do research to set appropriate pricing for the items, the entire team took the time to clean dishware and items that were dusty or had a stain on them. This amazing team rearranged furniture, vacuumed, and reorganized and displayed every single item in its best light. Their advertising and showcasing of the items is top notch and on the first day of the sale ( A Friday) we had over 75 people waiting in the pouring rain to get into the home. Almost everything in the home was gone at the end of the sale! As a realtor, I found that Bill was always open to communication regarding the timeline the estate sale would need, what would occur, and together we were able to coordinate a massive estate sale and the sale of the owner's home with complete ease...

Liquidating an estate is emotional and utterly overwhelming. Bill Little and A Little Unlimited will take all your angst and send it packing. Literally!
