I love this place. I'm a senior and have been a member of the Fitness Center for 9 years. They are always respectful of me (I'm there at least 3x/week) and can almost always use the equipment I want. Absolutely worst experience for my 22 month old son in a pool. Water is too cold for any activity. Multiple patents agreed and complained. Refused refund or credit after first session on a spot. Whoever said that the people at the front desk are unpleasant is just plain inaccurate. I find the opposite to be true. The facilities are nice and the place is always clean except in the evenings which is to be expected. My only gripe is that the sauna is turned down too low and there is no steam room.
