The Crystal Cave — Local services in Northfield Township

I can’t begin to sing enough praise for this business. It’s truly one of the few remaining businesses who care about the customer. I ordered an engraved award from the crystal cave on a pretty short notice, and they rushed to get the item to me. They shipped the item via FedEx, but FedEx did everything in their power to try and stop us from receiving this award in time for a gathering we were holding. FedEx first printed an incorrect label, and then called me. I provided the correct address for them to fix the label. They then held the package on their truck and did not attempt to deliver again until this past Monday, in which they still failed to correct the label.

The folks from crystal cave (Jen and Kevin) went out of their way to make a brand new one and hand delivered it to me at 6AM the day of the gathering! They could have easily said “well this is on FedEx, and it’s out of our hands” and they would have been well within their right to do so, but they did not! Thank you so very much, Jen and Kevin, for your help and making sure we had this in time for a special person!
