Attention: Google, I didn’t violate any Google policies. So don’t filter or remove my review without reading it and I have uploaded the receipt and other pictures of the windows tint film. My review is keep getting filtered after few hours probably the owner Reza flagged my review from other people to read it. I should be able to leave a honest review to help other people based on my experience.

Reza’s workers did a horrible job on a windows tint. I had to take the car 3 times to get it corrected but still there are so many scratches on the film and so many bubbles forming. There’s a gap in all 4 windows from the top of the window. Once I googled found out this happens when a shop uses cheap glue, cheap film and inexperienced people.

Reza told me the first day if there’s any bubbles don’t worry it will go away after 5 days, If it doesn’t he’ll change it. When I got in the car saw so many scratches on the film and the car was dirty, adhesive spray was all over the seats. I told him about it. He told me wait one week and see what happens if it doesn’t go away he’ll change it. I called him after a week, he told me bubbles are forming because of pollen (never heard that before), those scratches are normal and he doesn’t want to replace the back window film because it’s going to mess up the rear defrost. If it’s going to mess up the defrost then how are they taking old film off the car to put new film on. He’s a very dishonest person and gets very arrogant. He should’ve told his employees to be careful and inspect their work before returning the car to the customers.

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. You have been warned. I mistakenly allowed them to install a trailer hitch on my Subaru Forester. They not only did that incorrectly and unsafely, but also literally broke my exhaust and evap system. Five months and $1,300 later, I am STILL dealing with the effects of what they did to my vehicle. The repairs continue. I was blown off by the company and have not received any communication or offers of reimbursement of any kind from them. THANKS, AUTOBAHN, FOR DESTROYING MY CAR over a simple hitch installation. RESPONSE to owner: There was no welding required to install my hitch. However there was welding required to repair my exhaust after it was damaged, in addition to full replacement of my EVAP system which was also damaged. In addition, my hitch was installed in January, prior to covid. Therefore, the problem existed prior to you closing over covid. Whatever. You all do a very nice job with windows, car stereos, etc. And I appreciated that. But the fact remains that you damaged my car and it's still damaged after 4 trips to 2 different mechanics, and yes I'm pi$$ed about it (wouldn't you be?) and I don't think hitches are really your area...

We are repeat customers, so we’ve already been satisfied with Autobahn’s technical expertise and customer service. 8 years ago they installed a remote starter in another car and it still works perfectly. Now we wanted a remote starter and a hitch on our new 2023. For the past month, Raul was very helpful and patient going through options, estimates and scheduling the appointment. He returned calls promptly and was always courteous. Today, they exceeded our expectations even more and blew us away with their honesty, ethics and excellent service. We brought in our car and as we turned in our keys, Raul pointed out something on our key fob to Reza, the owner. Reza then told us we already have the remote starter factory installed!!! This is something the dealer never told/showed us and we didn’t realize. Reza and Raul could have kept quiet and easily taken us for over $500. with their remote starter and we’d never be the wiser.
