Jersey Hot Bagels — Restaurant in Northfield

Todays sandwich EWE! I dont enjoy doing this but after I notified the guy who answered the phone when i called to inform them that there was a hair in my sandwich and we resolved the issue, I got a nasty harassing call from the women. I loved this place. But after that call I will no longer get food from them and I will make it a point to alert my coworkers of thier lack of concern to serve quality food. I know things happen but when someone calls you to notify you of an issue you dont have someone call them back basically insinuating that you are lying because you alerted them of a staple in your egg last year. That was her focus of the unnecessary evil call. What's wrong with people. The staple was in there. I bit down on it and thank God I didn't sallow it. And continued to go there even though they insisted that they did not have any staples in the store. I dont need to make up a lie to get food. I can afford as many sandwichs as I would like. If they are still open when I leave work today they will be getting thier sandwich back. I will not order from there again. Todays sandwich. Ewe! You dont treat customer's like that. Not my hair. Mine is long and lighter. It looks like it fell on the sandwich at the end of the process....

My most recent visit was yesterday morning around 7am. I was looking forward to ordering the Somers Point bagel (smoked whitefish salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion on an egg bagel) but it wasn't available. I settled for the Margate (with smoked salmon tomato, red onion, cream cheese, cucumber & capers and a cup of coffee. The bagel was nice and fresh and the smoked salmon was plentiful. Service was solid. It may be pricier than some of the other bagel shops in the area, but I'll spend a little extra...

I stopped by Jersey Hot Bagels and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel—and everything was perfect. Dominic took my order and provided outstanding service.
