Just wanted to recommend the Althaus Law Firm, which created my will for me. The attorney who drafted my will (Kayla Seale) was knowledgeable, helpful and, in particular, patient. I have a large number of books (in excess of 11,000 ranging from history to politics to historical fiction, to name just a few categories), as well as a large number of DVDs (probably in excess of 2,500, covering all matter of genres). I was having difficulty trying to find appropriate beneficiaries for those collections (perhaps because of the large number of email and telephone scams in the last few years). As a result, I needed a few months to put together the designated recipients. Kayla patiently helped me during that process. More importantly, she also helped me find a personal representative firm, which would later serve as my legal executor of the estate when that time arrives. She also helped me find a medical representative firm, to assist me with any medical needs.

The law firm itself is a breath of fresh air. The offices of the lawyers each has an individual decor based upon a favorite movie (ranging from Caddyshack to Die Hard). The decor includes not only posters and photos of the particular film, but also artwork related to the film that was specially crafted for the particular office. The result is a pleasant atmosphere that is also reflected in the rest of the office decor.

All the lawyers and the staff are friendly and helpful as well. In fact, the front desk includes a resident dog with curly black hair and a wonderful personality. All together, these touches make the law firm a nice place to visit, which is nothing like the usual formal, sometimes intimidating, atmosphere of a law office.
