Maurices — Local services in Northglenn

Tried to make a return here and the manager on duty was so rude and disrespectful. Full disclosure, I used to work for the company a while back and was returning purchases I didnt need as I purchased the clothing because I worked there. She told me I needed to go back to the store I used to work at and I asked her why as I am now a customer not an employee. It was very evident eventhough I was going to spend more money than returning she was just being lazy and didnt want the return against her store. Having always had a pleasant experience before and during my employment with Maurices, this particular managers demeanor was less than professional and I will be taking my business elsewhere. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assumed by Melani, she was so nice so helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the products, I was looking for a specific blouse that was no longer in the store and she got online while I was trying other clothes on and had it looked up and ready for me when I checked out, also Stormie was the other sales associate there and she was helping me decide which things looked better on me than others before she helped me I couldn't make a decision but after she helped me I actually felt confident in my outfits and I left there so very happy with my purchase these ladies made all the difference in my shopping experience, I am a...

I was blown away by the great customer service I received at this store.. I happened to be driving by and noticed they had some featured items on racks outside in front of their store. I was gift shopping and decided to check it out. Instantly I found a few items that were what I was looking for.. than as I made my way into the store .. I was greeted and made to feel welcomed. I was able to share what I was looking for with an employee.. and I was assisted in finding other choices...
