Office Depot — Local services in Northglenn

Every chance I have given this store has ended in frustration. This location leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to help, product, or simple customer service. After reviewing the reviews written about this location, there seems to be a consistent theme throughout them all. After waiting 20 minutes in the print line listening to the Office Depot representative chit-chat with a customer who needed 27 individual shipping labels printed out, I finally walked to the back of the store to find the two other employees just sitting at the desks in the back. I asked if the lady behind the print desk was a manager, and he said, 'No, I am.' I inquired why not only those two, but also the lady behind the printing counter didn't notice the print line had now grown to the door and was about seven people deep. Apparently, no one else at the store today knows how to ship items or run the printing desk, and it was the talkative individual that was already allowing the line to grow as she just talked and talked. The manager explained that the Westminster location had just closed and they were dealing with the residual business from them. However, NO ONE else was in the store except for us seven people waiting for the print desk, so that doesn't really seem to be the case. I mentioned that if those stores were run like this one, it's no wonder they closed. This manager did nothing to help mitigate the long line, nor did he assist his associate. Placed an order yesterday for same day pick up. I went to pick up my order. The girl at the print station said I could pick up my order off to the side. I went to look… my order was not there. I let her know it was not there she made faces at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about asked me for an order number didn’t have that handy, asked me for my email told her at checkout it did not ask me for an email she again made faces at me. I had to make calls to be able to pull the receipt as this was a work order and did not have my work anything on me. Anyway not helpful super frustrating and could go without the stupid looks. Minutes after I left I was sent the receipt I called the store and the “ office manager “ Thomas answered. Told him what was going on again tells me the information on my receipt is wrong and they cannot help. I asked for a refund he said I could go back to the store again and get a refund so not only is my order no where to be found I am to waste my time to get a refund. I asked to speak to someone else he said there is no one else I said you don’t have a higher up ? He said he doesn’t answer to anyone there’s only him. Obviously not true. Let him know I wanted the info to a higher up refused to give any info, could not help, my order was m.i.a and I am to drive to them again to get a refund… on top of that deal with the girl giving me dumb looks and this “ manager” not able to do anything. This woman Jac Pratt was very rude, disrespectful and a racist towards me. First, it was this boy working in the printing department I was asking help if I could print my documents from my email and every time I went there he keeps refusing to help me for some reason, and he was also very rude and very disrespectful and keeps giving me such a bad attitude. I don’t know why but maybe because I have a brown skin and he’s white so I asked for a manager and this woman Jac Pratt talked to me and she said she was the supervisor that day, it got worst she was extremely rude, very disrespectful and talking Spanish towards me and I am not even Spanish I am Asian with a brown skin. And that right there, is extremely racist towards me. First of all, I don’t speak Spanish I speak 3 languages though but not Spanish. I told Jac God bless her and she got extremely furious towards and told me to take out my religion out from the Office Depot. I never said anything about my religion or the Bible I was just telling her God bless you and kicked me out from the place. I believe this is harassment and I’m talking to my lawyer already about this matter. This is beyond racism or beyond rudeness this is something else. This woman and this boy needs to go see a therapist. I hope Office Depot can do something about this because I’ve been reading the reviews here and they got tons of bad reviews. I do not recommend this...
