Lakeshore Deals and Steals — Local services in Norton Shores

I'm not a local shopper, I came to Lakeshore Vapors because they carried a particular device that I like, am use to, and can't find anywhere else. I was excited to find they had a few in stock so I ordered 4 of them to stock up. Well one by one they all failed, either quitting completely or overheating to the point where I was afraid they would catch fire. I contacted customer service and all they did is send me a used device that's doing the same thing and a few cartridges. Tried to blame me for not using correct charging devices (I've used these for over a decade, they aren't batteries, they don't actually charge so that's BS). There is nothing with the product listing nor with the packaging indicating to use anything different than what I've always used with these devices. These devices are defective, potentially dangerous, and they are doing nothing to rectify the situation. I was hoping they would recommend a different device since I can't find mine anymore. I would have ordered something else, but nothing from them. They just want me to go away and keep my $65. I suppose if you're a local patron you'll have...

I have bought endless amounts of batteries that don't hold charge, wicks that burn in one day, expired vapor, from them simply because of their location being convenient. I have tried to be polite but they just suggest I buy more garbage. This place will lose customers fast if they keep selling useless junk. I buy now elsewhere. Everyone told me they sold garbage but I was a loyal customer until they sold me a battery that didn't even work for one day. I brought it in when I had a chance, one day after the 30 day guarantee and they just said I was out of luck. No, YOUR BUSINESS WILL RUN OUT...

I am here visiting from the Virgin Islands and popped in the first time I visited months ago and was amazed at the sheer quantity and selection of everything!! The owners are awesome and so very knowledgeable about everything they sell. I wish I had this vape shop back on the island! Everything they sell is reasonably priced and anything they don’t have, they will order and get for you within just a few days! This is my go to vape shop every time I visit!! See you soon...
