Five Below — Local services in Norton Shores

Horrible service here especially the little Indian Mexican girl who is training the white man who will run the store in Muskegon SO HE SAYS. Don't hire people if all they are going to do is criticize. Don't post signs all over your store RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE WITH OR WITHOUT RECEIPTS FOR WHATEVER DAYS. Best believe I will go to corporate and complain like no other when I go to the MUSKEGON ONE TO RETURN ANY USELESS ITEM FROM THE STORE. THE chargers I get are for my NOTE 3. I return them ever 3 weeks tops. Never had a complaint until now. Horrible service!!!!!!

Not happy that the prices are not as PROMOTED! Both items I purchased were over 5.00. Then there were managers resetting store so they were all over the floor, causing what could have been catastrophic mishaps. When I. Say on floor I mean young man was knelt in front of my actual cart and I almost hit him rounding corner. This happened 2 times. I finally just left because it was too uncomfortable to shop and and watch out for them and the multiple families who thought it was a hide and seek storee so they were allowing young children to run and scream threw the all ready crowded aisles. Not good. Got to do better FIVE Below yeah! Then u also got to check...

I don't know what it is about Five Below, but I'd rather buy a ton of cheap, questionable products than a few expensive, quality ones. I'm not saying their goods are bad quality, but if you buy $5 headphones expecting $30 headphones quality, you're going to be disappointed.

This store is an amazing stop when you just need something. A quick pair of headphones you don't mind losing on vacation, a charger for the same, a toy for a kid that just wants something, a bag for general use...everything here is a great price when you don't need something to last a lifetime or be designer-made. It's a step above a dollar store and a step below...
