Torrid — Local services in Norton Shores

My wife shops here and online all the time. The staff at this store are always so nice, attentive, helpful, and create a positive and supportive space. The store is always clean and organized. Customer service is always top notch, while their corporate service is the exact opposite. We have had multiple quality issues (chiffon fabric just shreds, seams ripping under no strain, buttons falling off, unsymmetrical sizing on the same garment) with the clothing bought both in store and online but this isn’t this store’s fault, just cheap manufacturing practices on the corporate end, and they are usually open to returns in this case thankfully. The staff here was friendly and knowledgeable! As a plus size girl I loved that the staff was able to help find the perfect fitting cloths to fit my body. Super cute cloths and deals all the time will have me going back for more.They made the return I had to make (my fault) very smooth and no judgment. The Foxy Cami is a little long on me (being shorter torso) but still feels amazing. The fun print panties are amazingly comfortable.The matching bra's and bralettes feel like you are honestly not wearing them (as they should). Noting but glowing reviews from me.
