Saslow's Diamond Jewelers — Local services in Norton

My experience was VERY disappointing! My repair was not done as promised and it took approximately a month!! I was also treated unprofessionally and rude by the manager, Justin Hall!! Amber was very professional showed concern and took care of the situation. I took my ring to SASLOW'S in Norton, Virginia, for repair on May 24th. I was promised I would receive a call as to the cost before the repair, probably the following week. June 20, almost a month later, I had not been contacted. Therefore, I went to the store. There was no information, and the repairer had to be contacted. Upon the return of the ring, I received a call from the manager, Justin Hall. He was very rude and unprofessional by refusing to identify himself! He told me, " If you are not Jean Hall, then I don't need to talk with you!!" When I came to the store to retrieve my ring, I told him it was not professional business etiquette not to identify yourself, and the purpose of your call! He continued to be unprofessional by trying to justify the conversation, saying he did not need to identify himself. This was my first experience at the Norton location. I was there to purchase my mother a Christmas gift and the lady that assisted me was SOOOOOO helpful. I didn't know what size bracelet so I bought the one I thought would work and then she explained if it needed to be exchanged, that it is no problem. All of the staff was so friendly. But I have to give KUDOS to the lady that assisted me. She definitely went above and beyond and was very patient with me as I didn't really know the size bracelet to purchase.

I will definitely be visiting the Norton location again in the future for all my jewelry needs.
