When I went inside, I feel as if I can be myself and relax a little while looking around of all of the comics, toys, Collector's Items, cards and so much more. The owner was nice and knows the knowledge of all items (I'm kinda jealous, tbh) there's no stopping for making the prices go higher because entertainment is taking over alongside with comic books for inspiration and hopefully, they'll pay respects for those who worked on the making of comic books. For modern times, graphic novels for new readers as they can read what others have read years ago (whether they'll put in the outdated ads or not) so much can happen when entering inside and curiosity is afoot for having a nice comic book when we (and I) want to know what happens next. I'll come back for more comics, as I'm not done when I started since I was in middle school and I hope others can be inspired by going to a comic book store and look at the colorful comics just waiting to be read once...
Read moreI put a down payment for 3 very important comic book titles . after walking in the shop the week after they told me to come and pick up my issues . the girl working the front told me that they did not receive the comics yet .i walk over to the " new issue wrack " and what i see is the 3 EXACT same comics i put a order for. i went up and asked the girl if i can take the ones i ordered on the rack and she consistently told me no . so i wait and go there the week after that to ask for my comics ( minder it has been two weeks now ) and then she told me they didn't come in yet again . then the final week i walked in i just demanded a refund of my perches and then got refused a refund because i payed for the comics on a credit card i no longer carried . HORRIBLE layaway service and the owner only cater's to his friends or " close customers " . will never walk into this shop again it disgust's me. everyone please find...

Owner was talking in an uncomfortably friendly manner with two transphobic customers while they were being completely hateful. He didn’t step in to correct them, didn’t read the room to see that other customers were uncomfortable with the hateful language being bantered around in his store, and didn’t notice that I was in line with three books and then put them all back and left abruptly as that conversation continued. There’s no room for hate in comics, and definitely no room in my wallet to support a business owner who won’t shut hate down...
