I regret to say that my experience at this Norwalk Burger King location was nothing short of terrible. From start to finish, everything seemed to go downhill very quickly. I placed an order online for pick up, which instructed me to come inside the restaurant. However, when we tried to do so, a man slammed and locked the door in our face, rudely telling us to go through the drive-thru instead.
As if this wasn't bad enough, the same man then proceeded to let another customer into the locked door - completely ignoring us, and our request for assistance. When we eventually made it to the drive-thru, things didn't get any better. The staff were disinterested and distant, displaying no sense of hospitality or warmth. All they seemed to care about was getting our order out the door as quickly as possible.
Even when we raised our concerns with the manager, they were indifferent and dismissive. Instead of offering a sincere apology, or even just acknowledging that we had experienced a poor level of service, they simply said "Oh well" and moved on.
To make matters worse, the behaviour of the staff members seemed to have racial overtones; my husband and I were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and were subjected to looks of disdain and intimidation as we left. I find it appalling that such behaviour could be tolerated in a supposed 'professional' environment.
Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this Norwalk Burger King, and feel that the corporate team needs to be made aware of the unacceptable conduct that took place. If this is how the staff treat all their customers, then I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your...
Read morePublic Announcement! Please doNOT eat from this BK location on 4/18/2025 Mysel and my daughter decided to grab lunch at this BK located on 380 Main Ave in Norwalk. As we sat to eat our lunch I noticed (2) employees behind the counter picking their noses and handling dirty cellphones while touching all over the equipment preparing orders! I got so up set and disgusted The female employee not only picked her nose with fake nails she also was rolling around what ever came out of her nose on her fingers then plucked whatever she was digging in her nose for out of her finger nails while on her cellphone behind the counter Right in front of us while we were seated eating!! We both got so disgusting we got up and threw out all our food but before we left I let her know that what she did was disgusting and a health hazard to the public she said nothing picked up the FRIES scoop with the same hands and fingers that she was rolling around boogers in scooped up fries and left! The Male front employee witnessed it all and never said ANYTHING as he was picking his nose and on his nasty cellphone as well. I have notified the HEALTH DEPARTMENT and BK corporate office of this disgusting behavior and now Iam warning the public to stay AWAY from this BK location! If employee’s are that comfortable picking there noses in FRONT of customers I don’t want to imagine what they all do behind close doors! Read moreI've been doing "drive in" a few times after work. Usually between 9-10pm. The 5 or 6 times I've been visiting the last year, there has always been something missing - Things I've paid for. And the first 2 times it was annoying since I already rolled away with my car and I got people behind me, so I can't start revering. If it's not the cheese in the burger, it's the wrong dip I asked for (even I saw the name of the dip on screen while ordering), or the most common - No dip at all. Last time I went there I asked to make sure when they handed me the bag. "Is there two buffalo dip in there now?" - "Oh, sorry"... sigh* If you have a day when you're too tired to start cooking when you come home and you decide to get that burger, fries and the dip that you kind of need to enjoy the fries, I would stop by somewhere else. Or just make sure you take an extra look through the bag before driving off. Food is great, prefer it much more than Mc-Donald's or a Wendy's, but sadly they seem to leave out stuff from your order. I mean, how unlucky am I if those 5-6 times spread out over 2017 is just the few times...
