Had to wait for an hour to catch a connecting train coming from New York City heading towards Danbury. Excellent waiting room. Very clean and well maintained. Restrooms were locked on this side stating that security staff should be asked for the key. Couldn't figure out where to find them though. Later on found out that on the other side of the train station where the parking garage resides, there were open restrooms. Like their phone charging stations on both sides although a lot of the cables had broken plugs. A few more electrical wall outlets would be nice to charge your phone using your own charger while waiting. There are a couple of vending machines to grab a snack or drink. No drinking fountains...

On the northbound side of the building, in the back there is a place where they seem to have a business, usually a restaurant. With that being said, they all seem to fail. Read moreDoors are locked at night and late night commuters forced to wait out in the rain, cold, snow, etc. Outdoor shelters were taken away and now the only benches to sit on are exposed to the elements; therefore, you can only sit when it's dry out.
