There is no place we’ll ever go other than Sukrans. There are so many reasons why but I’ll list a few of the major ones: Another seamstress in the area really messed up my dress. I’m the mother of the bride and picked a dress I loved. The other person messed up the top and the fitting. She refused to help me fix it. So I brought it to Sukran. She did the impossible and corrected the fact that the other seamstress had pulled way too much fabric out of the dress. All the while, I was devastated because this was the most important day for our family. Not only did Sukran help talk me off the ledge she was so supportive and helpful patient with me. In the end she absolutely nailed it. She has such amazing, professional, really technical skills. There’s no one else that would have pulled off what she was able to pull off - all while being an amazing person, really sweet and comforting and all under incredible time pressure. My husband’s tuxedo looked incredible. She even made a last minute adjustment when he changed his mind on his shoes. 20 years ago she also helped make my wedding dress, and I still look at those photos and am amazed how incredible she did. Sukran made my wedding dream dress come to life!! From the moment I walked into her store I knew she was the one I wanted to work with for my big day.

I called Sukran prior to coming and described what kind of dress I was looking for. She had a variety of dresses pulled out for me upon my arrival, ready to try on. She was so warm and welcoming and I was really looking forward to working with her.

I chose a Maggie Sottero gown. The gown was sweetheart neckline. I was interested in something off the shoulder, so Sukran suggested that we ordered extra lace and she could make detachable off the shoulder straps. Her creativity and dedication to making me look and feel amazing was incredible. She went above and beyond and created the most fabulous wedding dress I could have ever asked for.

Sukran is professional, experienced and all around a wonderful woman. She truly cares about making her clients happy. She was punctual and always and kept me up to date with everything throughout the whole process.

In the end, I found everything I was looking for from a wedding dress experience, and then some. I cannot express how great it was to work with someone who cared so much about my happiness.

After a dress sizing and delivery issue, I was in a huge time crunch for my sister’s wedding as her maid of honor. I was panicking! I called Sukran’s on a Friday at noon, and she squeezed me come in that afternoon for a fitting with the dress, undergarments, and shoes. She made some small changes (taking out a netting in the dress that made it too puffy, fixed the front sash, and length was too long) and calmed me down as she took her time to carefully and skillfully mark where the alterations on my dress should be. The material was very delicate and required multiple layers of alterations. As we were chatting, I mentioned to Sukran that I was traveling to the wedding a week later, and she said she would text me when it was ready but that it might be a few days because it was a busy time with prom and tux fittings

Imagine my surprise when she texted me at 8 am the next day (Saturday!) to tell me it was ready!! I went in and tried it on and the dress was absolute perfection!
