I am sorry for those who had bad experiences. Mine is very positive with Walter. Two years ago, I came to Norwalk, CT from west coast and needed to buy some furniture.

Products: I bought some economic furniture to suit my need. It is important to note that I got my money worth.

Service: It is second to none. Despite I only ordered a queen bed, mattress set, a small dining table and two chairs he made two deliveries. First time he delivered every thing except the queen bed on the date that I requested so that I have a bed when I arrived. He is nice enough to loan me a bed frame because the bed is on the way. On the next week, he delivered the bed in time. Any other furniture stores would not have arranged this kind of service for a small order.

I made those purchase even after reading some bad reviews. I would recommend Rock...

The owner is very irresponsible, he wants you to pay half or any big amount then he calls you the next day to let you know the waiting is one month, after the month he tells you the waiting can be much longer. We purchased carpet from him, the experience was terrible, he didn't even order the right amount of carpet and he is the one that came to our house to measure (very unreliable!), and his "Hispanics" workers are very rude, and behave very suspicious. Plus the carpet was placed in different directions that you don't notice until you vacuum: the hair of carpets is set in different ways, meaning those workers don't know how to do their job. Just had our kitchen floor redone by rock bottom. The workmanship was awesome.We are very pleased by the flooring contractor they use. Our old floor was impropertly installed (we knew before they started) and the tile cracked with in three years. They took out the old flooring - tile , rebuilt a stronger subflooring and installed the new flooring. It looks flawless. The pricing for the all of the work was the best price we received - about 30-40% lower for the same exact quote. I will be using them for other...
