ALDI — Local services in Norwich Township

Horrible experience Gavin was extremely rude i was looking at the cheese and he started pulling down the curtains right in front of me walked right in front of me and almost bumped me they were still open Wow... i told him i was looking at the cheese he wasn't even polite about it and didnt want to come and pull up the curtain he immediately started saying rude smart comments towards me and i had my young daughter worst experience ever... he was very sarcastic and rude talk about an employee with no customer service i couldn't believe it never experienced that before...definitely shouldnt be working there if you're going to be rude towards customers like that his use of language was horrible you don't treat customers like that do your job as i was leaving out the store he was walking by and made another rude comment worst experience all because you were trying to rush to get out of there i will be contacting corporate as well this was low for this store no one should have to shop with an...

So I just visit this location and I notice one thing. One big line for 3 cashiers. Try to ask why there's only one line instead of 3 and the respond from the staff was "because that's the way to so it" , I ask again why is that she didn't respond and ignore me. Aldis is a small supermarket and I like all the products. I like to enjoy myself relax going through each food aisle and see what they have to offer. But in my opinion but making this one big line your taking that away. You trying to look if there's something that you want then pass by other clients. If you have 3 lines of costumer it will be dispert and yes your sacrificing a part of each food aisle but it will be more easy to get through. Usually I shop at Walmart Supercenter since it is close to where I live. Compared to Walmart, prices seem to be better, quality is good too, and there are store-brands eg the 7-grain brain that are much cheaper and taste as good. Small store compared to Walmart, eg you can not find most types of batteries.
