Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Norwich Township

This place is a hot mess. I love Pizza Hut (as far as huge pizza chains go). Somehow this place makes it terrible. Went in to pick up an order and stood there for 25 min before someone even acknowledged my presence so I could pay. This was after two people who came in after me were helped. After paying the “manager” who took my payment she started wandering around confused. She finally went to the hot box after 10 more minutes and pulled out my order which has been there the whole time. The pizza was cold and was basically cardboard. Like I could literally ship a package in this pizza. It tastes like I forgot I had leftovers and was eating it straight out of the fridge three days later. The breadsticks were both hard and like bubble gum. And the icing on the cake, they didn’t even attempt to put hut favorite on my crust. This wasn’t even my first time getting pizza from here. I’ve given this place so many chances. There were two other instances where we ordered delivery and it took two hours before we got our order and it was room temperature when we got it. So needless to say I will never eat here ever again. Tonight was my last chance with them. Word to the wise, find a different Pizza Hut or try Romeos. The inside looks filthy, the staff is unprofessional, and the pizza comes out as cardboard. Seriously,...

Since there is no survey code on the receipt, I am going to post this here. It's my birthday. Every year on my birthday I have one pizza. It's the ONLY time we order Pizza Hut. I order a Cheese stuffed crust bacon pizza. This year, we ordered. Our order came 50 minutes late. Meaning it was 50 minutes OUT of the oven. They have no delivery driver, so DoorDash delivered it.

Now, onto the food.

The cheese stuffed crust was disgusting. The crust was hard and chewy at the same time with hardly ANY cheese. You could tell it sat out 50 minutes.

There was something burnt inside of our chicken alfredo pasta that wasn't pasta, cheese OR chicken. It was horrible.

The breadsticks were dry. The cheese breadsticks were mealy.

And the wings...boneless honey bbq wings were gristly.

This has been the WORST Pizza Hut experience in my life. And one I won't be ordering again. It is no wonder there is no survey code on the...

Horrible service! Ordered pizza on line as they prefer. Said it would be 90 minutes ok it was a Sunday night and they were running a good special deal. So went ahead and placed order.them about 60 minutes later I get an email staying it would be 2 additional hours meaning it would be delivered at 9:00 pm. Not acceptable so I called the store to cancel order uoing women put me on hold. 20 minutes later I am still on hold! My husbsnd tried to call on his cell went straight to call center and they couldn't help us. Ordered pizza elsewhere for $6.00 more, same order ready in 15 minutes. Tried the pizza hut store again because I didn't want the driver to have to come here to be turned away.
