Urban Market — Local services in Norwich Township

Scheduled an appointment a while ago and received a text from the owner two hours before my appt saying she got in late from Vegas and was playing catch up. She offered to change my appt and said she was available any time the next day. When I said a time for the next day she said she was actually going to be in Findlay. I asked when she would be in Hilliard and she stopped responding. I was pleased with the permanent bracelet. It came off and I need a new jump ring for it. My appt wasn’t going to be a huge money maker so maybe that’s why she canceled and stopped responding.
