Ahhhh Sam is the greatest and such a girl boss! She was super prompt in all her communication with me and very flexible with her menu. The cheesecake speaks for itself but lemme just put it out there that DANG it was amazing. I would expand on how the leftovers froze so well and tasted amazing but the truth is there were no leftovers because everyone loved them so much! She also made cheesecake tacos (YA THATS A THING) for our shuttle bus to the ceremony that were - 1. The cutest things ever 2. So goood 3. So gone in like 30 min lol...obviously also, no leftovers. Work with Sam!! She is so willing to customize and do what she can to incorporate your cheesecake loving ways into your day, and having a vendor that wants to do that for your wedding day means a whole lot. Sam made 42 dozen mini cheesecake treats and 100 cheesecake tacos for my wedding. She was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with and let me change my flavors multiple times. She also has no recquirement for mixing and matching flavors which I LOVED. Getting the bite size treats were perfect for guests and she even suggested ways to display them that were super helpful/cute/functional as well. Sam was very prompt with getting back to me via. email, which allowed the planning to run smoothly since she is in Columbus and I live in Cleveland. I had intended to enjoy some leftovers but our guests finished off every last crumb. We still are told it was the best cheesecake some of them had ever had. We think it is so cool that our day was filled with a bunch of vendors who we personally loved outside of their specific service area. We are from out of town and saw this biz online. Looked great. We went to the Center Market location. When we approached the display/storefront the young lady was busy on the register doing something. She did not greet us or even look at us as we were discussing what looked good in the showcase. After several minutes of us standing there, ibapproached her and she asked how she could help. Unfortunately, kind of expect that type of service from retail nowadays. We purchased a slice of "tagalongs" cheesecake for $9.50. I told my wife this better be the best cheesecake I have ever eaten for that price. Well, I had three bites and I was done. The cheesecake had literally no flavor. I am a pb freak and love tagalongs, so I was pumped, but then totally disappointed after trying it. My wife was let down as well.
