Bakes by Lo — Restaurant in Norwich Township

First time visit, took a walk around till I figured out where it was located. Interesting concept inside a building with other vendors like a food court. Maybe it was the time of day I stopped. Was not a lot of options to choose from, but I needed some cookies to take home to the family. None of the workers made any attempt to talk to me, just stood and stared. Made my selections and went to pay. I did not pay attention to the cookies they put in the box. When I got home, half the cookies I had asked for were not in the box. Some were good, others were different. For the price, they are half the size of a Crumbl cookie, and at the same cost. The iced green tea I got was pretty good. I will probably try them again just to see what other baked goods they make. Some photos on other reviews...

These are baked treats that aren’t pretentious and afraid to be sweet - it’s dessert, it’s supposed to be sweet - but that have so much more flavor than just plain sugar bombs.

If you are a heathen who wants cookies crispy and crunchy on the bottom, you might not be happy - but if you are a decent upstanding human who thinks slightly underbaked cookie centers are a gift from on high, you will be very pleased.

I have been a customer and fan of Bakes by Lo since they first started. I was literally FLABBERGASTED when I tasted their rendition of the fudge round. This woman's ability to take old-time favorites and make them even better is INSANE. The SMELL of her pizzelles will send your eyes rolling into the back of your skull & cause your mouth to dump drool onto the floor. Also - my son is very particular about his sweets, and he devoured them all and has not shut up about them since! IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA AND THIS IS NOT YOUR GO TO YOU NEED TO GET A CAT SCAN. 10/10 recommend for any occasion and for your general daily dose...
