Follett's Bookstore at Three Rivers — Local services in Norwich

Community college bookstore. It had what we needed, also has a nice assortment of items with the TRCC logo. I must say that the assistance I received in the store was much more pleasant that that which I received on the phone. The man at the counter was pleasant and cordial, while checking us out in a timely manner. During two phone calls, lady on the phone answered my question quickly told me they didn't ship and hung up. Second call, I was trying to ask if I could pay ahead and pick it up. She just kept repeating that they didn't ship. She was not hearing my question! I attempted to say I didn't want it shipped, just to pre-pay and she, once again, said come in on Friday we don't ship! and hung up on me. Her voice was curt and impertinent. Granted, the store may have been busy, with classes beginning, but that is no excuse for that sort...

It's a very small book store but has the items you need. Not a huge selection but sometimes that's better. Not too many options. Came in , showed them my book I needed on my phone. The guy took my phone and disappeared Just hoped he didn't see something on my phone he didn't want to see but he came back and had my books and the phone. Could of wrote it down but not a biggie.
