G's Country Barn — Local services in Norwich

Some lady calls me back after 3 wks of trying to get in touch with them to order a product if it comes back in stock. I sent an email saying it was disappointing that I could not reach them by chat three times by phone three times and by email. The lady never introduces herself. I just knew who it was because I had it under the name from calling them and says I don’t appreciate your snarky. Email excuse me I was not snarky at all. NEVER do business with these people. She made excuses and was horrible at customer service. I did NOT use any vulgar words when you called. I DID call you back and use a cuss word. I never threatened you whatsoever. You’re proud because you can record it. I’ll call you and let you record a whole lot more. I said you should watch your business because you don’t know what you’re doing. I never threatened to hurt you or anyone for that matter nor would I ever. See people who use their brain don’t result to violence. I’m just gonna make sure you’re doing all the right things for your business…. registration, licensing and such as that -is that so wrong ? I suggest everyone check because you guys don’t seem to actually have a business that you’re running . I use facts for everything and I suggest you do the same. I recently discovered G’s Country Barn and absolutely love it! I went for my first time right before Christmas Day; I found multiple gifts and even left with stuff for my own home. I placed an online order after Christmas for pick-up - which was so easy and efficient. When I got home I noticed I was missing one of the things I ordered. I simply messaged them and the owner wound up meeting me close to my home to get it to me. I plan to make it one of my starting places for all gifts going forward. They have such a variety of quality products, are reasonably priced and excellent customer service!!

Let me begin by saying, I rarely post reviews. But the quality of customer service that I received from G’s Country Barn was beyond exceptional! I had purchased a green cast iron rabbit with tea light holder online. I was contacted by Drew (the shop owners son) and was informed there had been a mix-up with the shipping and there would be a delay in receiving my item. I had replied there was no rush, my item will arrive in due time. I also had mentioned that I intend to paint it black. To my surprise, my rabbit candle holder arrived painted black!
