Comfort suites is A Hotel rightttt Near this restaurant so we always give them business not only that we recommend all their customers to them , when placing my order I made it very specific that The last time I ordered lo mein it was not looking to well ! If they could make sure to cook it whole this time ! Unfortunately that’s not how things ended I called back to the restaurant & the manager rudely was like we are not going to give you your money back there’s nothing that we are going to do about it we made it the way we like to make it ! I told him we always give him business he has been a customer of us in the past and we have always treated him with respect ! I could go on and on and on but long story short it was him his wife and his son on the phone his wife didn’t make it very clear that her son misunderstood but that they were still not going to give me a refund ! After that has been hanging up on me I called back the wife said that I can go pick up my money I told her that I do not get out of work until 11 PM the husband and picked up the phone again and said that I will not be getting my money back !!!! I have never had to deal with so much unprofessionalism specifically after spending $30 on a meal !!! I continue to tell him that I work very hard for my food that I did not wanna argue all I wanted was my money back and I would return his food to him ! He than said finish cooking it...

We’ve been ordering from this place for over two years now, sometimes the food is okay.. sometimes it is disgusting and sometimes it’s our only option because they offer delivery. However, they do not appreciate their customer, and their customer service is ridiculously bad. We’ve been ordering more often since the pandemic started and we’ve lied to about wait times for delivery, and told that the driver said he had an issue contacting me. I always pay with a card so all they have to do is leave the food outside. Obviously they believe that because they are busier now, they can just lie to old customers, I will no longer order from them even if I have to drive far away.. I’m not giving them any of my money and as soon as this is over they will realize that they weren’t that essential but that better restaurants had to temporarily close. PS. They also lied about not selling house special fried rice when my partner just ordered...

Always great food - the free delivery is what keeps me and my family ordering from here.

The sushi is excellent, and my partner is a big fan of their crab Rangoon. We've ordered from them several times and nothing has ever been bad that we've gotten.

Couldn't tell you what the restaurant itself is like, but this is for sure a great place to have deliver.

Prices aren't too bad - it isn't cheap cheap, but it certainly isn't expensive.

Best Asian cuisine in the area that I've tried, and I've lived here my whole life.

My partner who is from the West Coast (where Asian cuisine is phenomenal, I'd imagine due to proximity) says that this is the only restaurant on the East Coast that they've had that is just as good as what they've had on the West Coast - and they've lived in many different states on both sides of the country.
