Wow! What an incredible experience at Beauty Heroes, both shopping the retail store as well as receiving a luxurious facial.

SHOP: I've recently made the shift to 100% clean and organic makeup and skin care products. As a subscriber to Beauty Heroes online for many years, I know I can trust their hand-picked selection to be free from any harmful chemicals. I came in to replace many of my existing products, and was blown away with how beautiful and well-appointed the store is. The staff treated me with love, kindness and respect. I described what I was looking for, the challenges with my skin, and I was able to try on several skin care products and makeup right there in the gorgeous store. That way I was confident in my purchases. Irit at the front desk seemed genuinely happy to support me which made me feel comfortable and thrilled to support their local business.

FACIAL: I came back the following week for a custom facial with Emily. I hadn't had one in months due to COVID. They take extreme precautions, including having me fill out an intake form and ensuring the space is well ventilated and free from germs. Emily was very present with me, taking the time in the beginning to ask questions about my skin and hear about what I wanted most from the experience. Then, I selected a couple of crystals to place underneath the treatment bed to enhance my experience. That was a new, fun and effective addition! I felt super relaxed like I was floating on a cloud the whole time.

I love that Beauty Heroes is providing facials with the brands they recommend.
