West Market Square Shopping Center — Local services in Novi

My low score is my lack of understanding how this place was run prior to going because, I wouldn't have gone to this location otherwise. My experience at this location was different from any Olga's I have ever gone to. You are ordering your food at a counter with a cashier/order wait staff from a large menu board hanging from the ceiling as soon as you enter. You are given your drink cups wax paper cups to fill at a drinking station like a McDonald's or Panera bread. You are handed a number card for your order to place at your table. The staff /cashier then brings your food out to your table. You have to clear your table at a plate and garbage bin area yourself. I have never visited this location ever before and, the other ones I have visited it was a full service sit down with a menu given by waitress staff. What am I leaving a tip for???? To me this is not justification for leaving a tip. Why not do what Panera restaurant or even McDonald's now calls the orders number out and you pick your order up at the counter. I felt that I should give a tip for no reason. The food was good and the staff were good as well. Just not a fan of this style of service. I will not be returning to this location and hope it's not the future for my favorite full staff...

Usually it is a pretty good experience at Home Depot however, if I'm exchanging out the lifetime warranty on your branded product from an associate who told me to come in and do it, the condescending attitude is not a way to garner repeat business. Craftsman has a lifetime warranty as well and I'm sure there are others. But, I chose Husky and have been buying that for very long time. The property owner needs to do something about the man that loiters on the property exploiting his kids and wife and begging for money. It's absolutely disgusting and pathetic. He's been there on and off for years now, there's no way the owners aren't aware of this and still do nothing.
