I requested a custom-made ring here and they absolutely delivered.

Throughout the entire process, the owners were professional, smart, friendly, and helpful. They respected my wishes and requests, and weighed in with their insight which was enlightening. As the ring was being made, they walked me through the sourcing and crafting process gave regular updates, and did not at any point try to nickel and dime me, or try to force me into binding, multi-page contracts.

I also loved that there were regulars who I would see in the store that seemed to know the owners. They talked as if they were greeting friends, and it was clear to me that the owners had good relationships with these patrons who came in for things like smaller repairs and replacements.

I had to get a ring resized and I was looking for a honest place. I read online reviews and Trio Jewelers had the most amazing reviews. So I went with them. I honestly understand why. Not only did they do a amazing job sizing my ring which was very dainty and small the amount of honestly they gave me about because it was so small they may not be able to do it. But, they came through for me. Trio Jewelers are the nicest people. They care about their customers like so many have in years gone by. It is refreshing to know that there are still people out there. The way some businesses are run nowadays with this younger generation not much empathy and lack of concern it was wonderful to find that there still are others out there who truly care about their customers. Very friendly small business. We dropped off my wife’s locket that would no longer stay closed. We didn’t even tell them that it was a very special locket, regardless of the retail value, due to the engravings inside (and it being a wedding day gift). It was clear that we didn’t need to explain how significant it was to us- they clearly handled it with care, had it fixed in minutes, and refused to take our money. I even tried to leave a $10 bill on the way out, and they wouldn’t take it- just said ‘Happy Holidays!’ and pushed the money back our way. I believe they understood the significance of the locket, and didn’t want to make someone pay to keep it maintained. We were taken aback by their generosity, empathy, and overall friendliness.
