I have called this company multiple times to schedule an estimate, most of time they responded I need to call back again since they are working on the commercial project, no time for residential project. At one time, a guy called me back and scheduled it on my working day. I wanna rescheduled it for different day, the guy had no patience and cursed and talked to me with attitude and said he will call me back but he never did. He was unprofessional and this company was not responsive. They only want big project and not care about the small business.. I will never call them...

Needed to weld a metal plate to a 2" pipe for a mailbox. Spoke to Shane-estimator. Explained what I needed to do and have all the materials and all I needed was someone to weld the components together. Notified Shane when I can bring project, confirmed pricing. Brought project to Shane and workers completed project at an affordable price. Waited less than 30 minutes and voila, completed. The showroom area was clean and employees welcomed you into the area and ask if I needed help when initially arriving at shop. Thank you Shane and David's...

You need to check the quantity and size. I ordered different sizes of  barb arms and they put one bag so It was not easy to check and there was no space to check. So I asked them if everything was correct and they told me "YES" but when I got back to my place, There is one missing barb arm. I called them and informed it  but They said that's my fault and I should buy it again.

I believe they did it by mistake but they blame it on the customer and they are not...
