I'm giving a three star rating only because the guy and his crew ( he said he was a sub contractor) show up on time and was fast and efficient. This company had a communication problem. For my first two scheduled estimates, they didn't show up. Saying I wasn't on the schedule although I got an email confirmation. So we scheduled another date, and on that date they called and said they wouldn't be able to make it here at all. I was sent an estimate based on pictures I had initially sent. And was sent an email stating the day and time they would come. I specifically stated that I wanted the ground around the base of my tree CLEARED. The estimate stated trim tree over hanging neighbors roof, trim and haul away. I texted and emailed to specify I wanted GROUND CLEARING- with pictures. No response... so anyway the guy that showed up said he would call Brent(in charge). Ended up he cleared some of the vines, 2 trash cans of rubbish and called it " meeting me halfway".... on this I give them 2 stars! The extra star was that the work crew was fast and efficient- thanks guys I know...

5 Stars! Mana Home Services - Giant Tree Trimmed Back, MAHALO!

I cannot recommend Mana Home Services highly enough! We had a big tree in our yard that blocked our view and they tackled the job with incredible efficiency. This wasn't a simple task; they had to come out twice, and both times, their team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly skilled.

From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, they were fantastic. They clearly communicated the process, answered all our questions, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was done safely and correctly. The team was highly effective, and it was evident they knew exactly what they were doing. Plus, they were genuinely nice people!

Our view is finally cleared and the tree itself is no longer an issue. If you need any tree services, especially for challenging jobs, look no further than Mana...

Brent was quick to contact me through my web inquiry requesting tree trimming and tree removal services. The next morning he showed up at our hale in Waianae to take a look and do a walk through and provided an estimate for the job. The price was reasonable so it was approved. He scheduled the work for the following week. The workmen Jorge, Adam and Nick showed up at the expected time and quickly assessed the work needed to be done. They trimmed the two trees and removed an old orange tree that was dead in the ground, raked all branches and leaves and shredded it all in about an hour. We are extremely pleased with the work done and will totally recommend Mana Home Services to friends, neighbors and family. Very professional, great communication and top notch...
