Delicious Mexican food! I would definitely go more often, the wait is a serious issue though. I don't really understand why they only have one guy doing the cooking, boxing up/taking orders etc. I've never seen anyone other than the 1 dude there. It can't be because they can't afford to pay. There is always a wait, no big deal, but last night, there were 2 people ahead of me, and my 3 chicken tacos took 45 min. The dude that ordered a single quesdilla waited a solid hour. Come on owners of Maria Bonita, treat your customers better. Even one person to assist would 100% increase business (3 people waiting last night told me they would never be back, don't care how good the food is- I feeel the same, wont be back.) Not to be overlooked or under appreciated was salsa. Great flavor and just the right amount of heat. Want to come here again though not sure we will he back in the area.
One thing to note is that they are CASH ONLY so...

Ordered the spicy pork burrito and not one aspect of it was spicy, only the side salsa they gave had any flavor and spice. The pork was also really overcooked where each bite the whole piece came out of the burrito. The chorizo street tacos had a ton of potato which felt like they were way overpriced for so much potato in them. Really disappointing for the price especially. The staff was the...
