I really want to like this store because it’s so close to my home, but I find myself frustrated. The last time I was here, a new employee refused to let me take my items. I understand it was her first couple of days working and she didn’t know a passcode she needed on her end- but ultimately i paid for the items (pick up) and could show her my emails as proof it was me. After waiting ten minutes I asked if I can just take the items and she figure out the formalities on her end later. She refused. I went to another store to give her time. Completely ridiculous. Ultimately those are my items and I paid for them- there is no reason to not hand them to me Also if someone can’t even handle a pick up order yet, they shouldn’t be left alone in the store as the...

Just had to write a review for the AMAZING service we received from team member Tom!!! I came in with my two young children to get some cardinals gear for their first cardinals game, Tom was so nice and stop to chat with us about it. He was getting them so excited for the game. He spent time chatting with us about how special a cardinals game was. My kiddos absolutely adored him. His service was unmatched. Selection was good. But NO one helped me. There was another young lady that walked in about 10 seconds before I did and she was offered help many times. I had to use a wooden flag pole for sale to get a jersey off the upper rack to try on and ultimately buy. Someone did ask if I need help, but I had already been there for 15-20 mins and made up my mind which jersey I wanted for Cards opening day and after I used a wood flag pole to get the jersey down myself.
