I went to Randy's Jewelry. A local jewelry store in my neighborhood. I had them set a 2.19 ct round stone in my wife's wedding ring that was 100% custom made. Very unique and one of a kind did not look like any other ring. The ring was already set for round Stone. No reason for them to alter it whatsoever. We asked them not to alter the ring just ad the stone. Randy's took it upon themselves to alter a custom setting. Diminishing the value of the setting. The jeweler Ryan started insulting my intelligence when I was simply asking questions. Another Jeweler comes out of the back his name is Tim he actually worked on the ring. He did admit that he cut down the setting without permission. He altered a custom ring. He was very sorry. I explained to them that I was not challenging their abilities whatsoever. I was simply upset that the ring was altered and they made their own decision to do it. Once the jeweler Tim admitted altering the ring. The Jeweler Ryan at that moment grabbed my credit card and reimbursed for money. Leaving us to find another Jeweler to repair what Randy's Jewelry has done to my wife's custom ring. We are very sad about...
Read moreJennifer and the good people at Randy's were phenomenal. My (now) fiancé and I were searching for a ring online before a friend recommended Jennifer and Randy's. We were glad that we decided to purchase a ring through them for several reasons: 1) Jennifer was an expert but also a teacher--walking us through the entire selection process step-by-step, helping us make a well-informed decision; 2) Customer service was second to none--every time we stepped into their store we were greeted with a smile and helping hand; furthermore, Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure communication throughout the process; and, 3) Their craftsmanship speaks for itself--we LOVED the final ring; in fact, it's be nearly three weeks and my fiancé freely proclaims that "she can't stop looking at her ring!" Randy's has a lifelong customer in us and we highly recommended them for anyone seeking a...
Read moreHands down THE BEST!! Let me tell you why … With the recent passing of my mother, I inherited a few pieces of jewelry. One of them was her mothers ring - my grandmother. I took these pieces to Randy’s Jewelry in hopes we could re-create my wedding ring incorporating some of the inherited diamonds. My hope was to also have two additional rings put together for other loved ones from these pieces. They accommodated this request beyond my wildest dreams. My happiness exploded when I saw what was created. (I also shed a few tears at the counter.) I went in with an idea, and with the work of Ryan and Bob from Randy’s Jewelry they made a creation that holds a family story. I’m...
