My rating of three stars is based on the customer service experience. Because I have a sensitivity to metals I asked a person at the counter the contents of the metal, she was very nasty in her response not at all customer friendly. I am very discerning about where I spend my money and I proceeded to walk out even though there was a piece of jewelry that I loved.
