Vivian Nails Spa — Local services in Oak Creek

I've tried them twice and they have amazing customer service, clean environment and they get you in right away.! Which is why I have them the star rating. My issue is that the nail work is sloppy for the price. I usually walk out spending a min $65 for a full set and even more my first time around since i got myself, and the person with me hands and feet.First time I went i got a full set and pedicures ..the pedi was a wrap before leaving but I didn't complain and gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a holiday weekend and it was last minute.. My nail design was cute, but the nails were uneven. In terms of shape and length. .2 weeks later my nails completely popped off.. ( strange) yet, I decided to try them again since this has never happened to me before. Upon arriving and having my nails done again, I explained the issues I had ( uneven shape, nails popped off) and they seemed to brush them off and not really be interested in hearing it. Okay.... ( again benefit of the doubt) , I paid the full price again to get my nails done, just no pedi. Left mildly content with the new design..nail shape even, but now the coat on my nails is so thick it appears a beginner did my nails. ( deep breaths, lesson learned) im now on week 2 and my nails look horrid, obviously I need a fill.. and strongly enough they are starting to pop off and the thick layer of gel just isn't working for me. I think its fair to say I gave this business several tries and for the price it isn't worth it. For me, I prefer my nail tech to listen to me, the best customer service is listening to your guest, everyone has their own style and preferences and i think if they slow down and listen to the customers they would have been able to retain my business. BEWARE!!! Thursday i went here being my first time. I got my nail filled and the cat eye polish $40 + $10 tip. By 6pm That day my polish came off. Called Vivian said she would fix it. Went back on Friday to get my nail fixed noticed a finger nails from another client sitting right next to me. I did leave a review on this but then deleted it trying to give this business the benefit of the doubt because she did fix my nail. Sat took a shower noticed my thumb nail paint was coming off again. I called back Vivian says to me " you come back I'll fix it" now this making it 2 times to be fixed. Then Vivian says to me " "you left that review about my business! You know nothing about my business!!! Yelling at me. "You come back I'll also like to talk to you about that review!" I told her to just give me back my money and the tip. I was livid at this point. Me and my husband got there she asked to fix my nail i declined her services took my money went elsewhere. Oh funny thing she tried to justify her nasty dirty business by saying "" the client before you bit her nail off i didn't notice it until the next morning". "We clean at the end of every night!!". Vivian is rude, unprofessional and runs a dirty business. TO: Vivian I know you will see this... let me tell I went to cosmetology school. You should be cleaning sanitize your work station and tools after each & every client!!! Good way to give a client a good infection! You cleaning at night means you don't sanitize after each client. So using dirty tools you could of cut someone with then using it on the next person. With HIV, HIppatis, AIDS and with covid going around you should be ashamed!!!...

I went here for a fill, Simon did my fill and everything looked great, he was very nice. Then he asked Vivian to do my nail design with the foil i requested because he thought she would do it better… she rushed through painting my nails, didn’t even let the gel cure fully. I paid for the service and even tipped $15 since they both did my nails. I got home and realized my nails were still sticky and luckily i have my own UV light i was able to cure them myself. Then I had to come back 2 days later because the nail polish was chipping and the matte finish was peeling. Vivian said she would “fix” them and by that she meant put another coat of paint and a standard top coat on top of the peeling matte coat. She again rushed through painting them, the under side look messy and not professional at all. My nails all look lumpy and uneven, not at all a clean finish. Now, just one day later i have messy rushed through nails that are partly shiny and peeling to show the previous matte top coat. Absolutely will not go back. I have never had such awful service and disgusting nails. I will be sanding the finish off repainting myself until i need a fill and then will be going anywhere but here.
