One of the cleaner TJs in the Milwaukee area and generally have an okay selection.

However, the service at this store is extremely poor. First, I walked in with a large reusable bag I had used to purchase some items from the HomeGoods next door. A worker near the front door asked if I had a return. She obviously did not actually want to help me if I needed to return something, it was clear that she suspected I was going to shoplift. If you’re going to discriminate against your customers, maybe try not to make it painfully obvious.

If that wasn’t enough, I found an item I wanted to buy and had to stand in a ridiculously long checkout line. When I finally got to the counter, the rude cashier picked up my item and showed it to a coworker while they snickered, laughed and made fun of it…right in front of my face. Since when can you not void a transaction? Yet let alone cancel it? Lady forced me to use my card to pay for the rest when I asked her to take off the item so I didn’t have to pay with card and she could use the 90$ I had already given her, at the end it came down to refunding it after and then supposedly it takes 3-5 business day for it to show up in my cashapp app? And even b4 this their employees followed me around as if I was stealing then want to ask me after I paid if I needed help with something as if they could help me with anything. I would give ZERO star to this location because of a employee named Deb S. and manager named Jesse. They are very racist people. Just make sure when you go into the store beware of these 2 people they will rise the price of an item in clearance In front of your face and tell You to pay more of what the clearance price is marked on the item. I wish the management team take strong action against these 2 people. Guys make sure you don’t fall into their trap of buying a clearance item and still paying the full price.
