If I could give this horrible business zero stars I would! Not only did I receive the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced but that staff was outright rude and condescending. That unfortunately was not even the worst part of my experience. The owner himself called me and claimed my ring needed unnecessary repairs. After taking my ring to another jeweler I found out that he was simply try to scam more money of me. Please don't trust this place. Get a second option. Any business owner can get their friends to write a bunch of nice reviews. This guy is a con artist! When you contacted me at 7pm with my rings needing repairs I told you I would contact the store the next day so I could discuss the options with my fiancee as we talked about repairs or doing a different setting. When I did your staff told me they had no idea what I was talking with these "repairs" and I had to speak to you directly. You yourself told me you would be in during the evening. I called multiple times trying to reach you with no success. I was consistently treated rudely on the phone by your staff. So I came to pick up my ring the next day and told the staff I was very unhappy with the service I was receiving and was taking my ring to another jeweler to get it fixed and soldered. They told me they would speak with you about it since I was unable to get a hold of you myself. I took my ring to an expert jeweler who thoroughly examined it and found nothing wrong. His expert goldsmith ALSO thoroughly examined it as well as soldered my bands and again found nothing wrong with it. That's why I left such a bad review of your business. If you truly cared about customer service you would have contacted me so we could fix this situation and you could show me these so called "repairs" you claim my ring needs. I had the greatest honor to have my grandmother give me my grandfather wedding ring to wear as my own wedding ring. I have been married for almost 23 years. After their 50+ years of marriage and my 23 years of marriage my ring needed some major work. I took it to Kelvin Schroeders to have them repair 1 of my most prized possessions. They were very professional and understanding on how much this wedding ring meant to me. They explained to me, under a microscope, what needed to be fixed and took the extra time to explain everything. The wedding ring was worn, dull and even had a complete crack on the bottom of the ring. When I pickled up my wedding ring I was astonished how good it looked...even better than the day my grandfather married my grandmother! I am so overwhelmed how great it looked! I have received so many complements how beautiful my wedding ring looks now that it was repaired by Kelvin Schroeders Jewlers!
