Both the owner and his son were very patient while I was having a hard time getting my computer to turn on so I could email myself a work document I forgot I needed before I dropped it off and with the fact that I had the wrong charger so it had to be plugged in for it to work. I can't say enough to define the excellent help I received and in such a timely manner. The major problem I had recently was with my printer connection. After an update with Microsoft, I no longer had my printer connection. No matter what I did I could not fix the problem. I called Avante and my problem was solved in record time.
