There is a reason this business has been in this community forever- surviving multiple other appliance store openings and their subsequent bankrupts- big box store mega sales- recessions and the pandemic. It all boils down to expertise, professionalism, and going the extra mile. HD, Amazon, BB- wherever you think you're going to save a couple bucks- you'll end up paying in the long run from broken promises for deliveries and discounts- to just hassle after hassels from their inexperienced employees.
Or, you can come here to Broadview Appliance like I did, and have Devon and Philip treat you like a normal human being. You can have someone come up with ideas to help you make the best solution for your family, your budget, and your unique situation. You can work with people who have integrity, someone who knows what they are talking about, someone who can problem solve your situation.
That's what happened to me. I spent 3 hours on the phone with all the other stores looking for two little natural gas nozzles that we lost for our range. Everyone told me my stove didn't come with them- treated me like I was a fool when I read the exact words from the product manual of what I needed. I heard, "ha. That manual is obsolete." "You have to buy a whole new system" "You will never find that part- they don't sell them anymore." "Your stove doesn't have those parts- I am looking right at the schematic!"
On a wing and a prayer- we went to Broadview and they immediately knew what I was talking about and went to bat for us looking through their parts bins. They are awesome. They found the obscure nozzles in storage- and we were on our way $40 later.

We found our refrigerator gave up the ghost at noon, went straight to Broadview , identified a few we liked. We peared it down and chose one and payed around 2:20pm. As we were paying, the saleman heard my wife on the phone mention coolers and trying to save our food. He said they would try and get it to us today if possible. I called my wife 2 hours later to confirm the width of our current fridge. ( we had been more concerned with depth and height, since it was not being installed in between cabinets) As I asked her to grab a tape measure and check, she informed me the gentlemen who delivered the appliances had already done so and set it up/removed old unit. It was already delivered, he was on his way out the door. . I am blown away. What a gem this SMALL BUSINESS is to this community! That is less than 3 hours from purchase.    Read moreHorrible place and unprofessional. I called for service on my washer, a gentleman came out. He proceeded to scold me about 'my dog' and the 'type of dog' he was. My dog is a graduate of 2 obedience classes and is working on his CGC to be registered as an emotional support and service dog. Not only was he unprofessional, he showed up with his own dog in his service truck and left without completing the job and still expected payment. I will never do business with this company nor recommend them to any family in the area. To be as military friendly as they claim to be, they failed in every aspect. The manager kept making excuses for his serviceman that came out dismissing his unprofessional behavior and attitude as a 'he's old and just set in his ways' and never even sent anyone out to finish the job that was promised to be done.
