Max is absolutely the best anywhere!!!!! First, he's great at what he does, but most important, he's extremely honest and very reasonably priced. Many times he won't even charge you to fix minor things. I needed a new sound card and I purchased one on Amazon and brought it in for him to install. He did something better and gave me an external soundcard, which was better suited for my needs, and he refused to charge me for anything. He just said, "lets trade for the sound card, and no charge for the services." I paid only $10 for the sound card on Amazon and he had paid about $15 or 20 for the external sound card and I felt bad that he was loosing out, but refused to take my money. Then, he fixes fax, copiers, scanners that people take in to recycle and he gives them away for free. I thought, "Wow, you could be making money off of these, especially since you repaired them and made them work again," but his philosophy is that since I got them for free, I'm giving them away for free. He is truly a rare breed and I feel so lucky to have bumped into this guy, especially when there are a lot of dishonest people in the world always trying to make a buck, but not Max. He's the best. Max and Kenny are amazing at their craft and what they do. Like others who have a left a review this place is busy for a reason and that is because they know how to solve and repair PC issues. TLDR I brought my Gaming PC in because it kept power cycling, Kenny greeted me and was very courteous and said that they will take a look at it.

What I absolutely love about Max and Kenny is that when they encounter and fix an issue they thoroughly explain the process/steps they took to resolve the issue. Even when they encounter an issue that it seems they cant fix they WILL give it their all and thats not an exaggeration. The prices they charge are more than fair enough and I especially appreciate that they are honest, upfront and continually kept me updated throughout the whole process.

When you bring your PC to them give them time or as the young kids say these days “let them cook” and I am positive they are going to solve the issue. Save your self the 45+ minute drive to BestBuy. I cant recommend this place...

Brought my pride and joy gaming computer in because it stopped working in the middle of playing. Max was very professional and to the point with his questions, and he listened and took into consideration all the troubleshooting I tried before bringing my computer in.
