Amazing staff that always goes above and beyond to help! Jenna and (I hope I have her name right) Jessica especially stand out. While all of the staff is helpful and kind, these two have repeatedly gone out of their way to make sure they have done anything possible to help. I purposely only go to this location because of their customer service.

In response to some negative reviews I've seen on here: They do have a self-service counter for UPS prepaid & Amazon returns. This machine has been set up as long as any other locations' have. Any long wait times are because everyone on the island has to go to this one location, so, yes, right after work or school times take longer. Also, it is because they provide complete service to every customer that it may take a minute longer. Appreciate the work they put into each individual instead of gripping about people who still treat customers as friends (something very lacking in most places nowadays). They do charge to print your labels for you. That is why you were given the option to print it off yourself. It also covers their paper and ink and equipment cost. It is $3.25, which is set by the corporate office, not the people behind the counter here. Every UPS store I have ever gone to also charges to print off your labels. Sorry if you found the one secret location that is breaking corporate policy.

Finally, this staff is also amazing to one another and never seem frazzled even after a rush and even in the face of grumpy customers. I have watched them deal with creepy and crazy people who expected way beyond what a UPS offers. I have seen this more than once and with different staff members. I had the pleasure of working with Alex, the manager at this UPS store, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. Alex went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated shipping claim that took several months to resolve. I have been coming to this UPS store for years. With Covid I know shipping returns have gone way up. Well I wanted to thank Devon, Andrew, Jaquae. I was here a few times with people lined out the door down the sidewalk and they are missing people out due to being sick. They have always been kind fast and super helpful. Maya is another associate who has been kind and helpful. Thanks for working under hard circumstances and rude customers and still being kind and professional. I have witnessed customers being rude when it’s out of the associates control….and even when customers are rude they behave in a very kind professional manner. Very fast as well. My many many experiences at this store have been great.

June 2023 review. Again had the best service from Julie and Jessica we had a lot of packages and I had my kids with me and they were quick kind and lovely to my children. Other customers were commenting on me having so many kids and their hair color and the staff was asking helped me her in and out quickly.
