It’s was my first time eating at this location and I’m extremely disappointed. first off was using the kiosks, there was literally an employee in the front just standing there while two of the kiosks was being used, I assumed that people can order in the front if you choose to but the employee informed us that there was another kiosk available. (Which was fine) I didn’t know that there was a 3rd kiosk we were just behind the gentleman using the kiosk… so I guess you can’t order with the employees in the front?
Second When we waited for our food, another customer was waiting his order and he was on a phone call So when an employee came out he said his name but he didn’t hear it, I barely heard the employee call out his name. mind you another employee was clear saying “pick up / dine in order for BLANK.” Very clear. But this guy just said his name. Again he said his name a second time. And the customer finally heard, the employee straight up was giving him a dirty look… like damn… I understand he might not be having a good day but there was no quality service at all… from all of them actually (from the people that I saw at least ) it’s like they really didn’t care… Probably not all of the employees are like that but wow I feel bad to those other employees trying to do their best….
Also when the food came it was cold and the portions were so small!!!! I ordered a number 6 Chicken chalupa not sure if this is true but aren’t prepared foods supposed to be in a warmer or kept at a certain temperature. The chalupa shell was so cold and hard…
Another one was a lady came from the drive through and had to come in cause her order was wrong…

Read moreDisappointing every time. Consistently ask for no sour cream or tomatoes, confirm it on the screen, and guess what? THEY PUT BOTH IN ANYWAY. I don't get why that's so hard to understand; I don't want sour cream so don't put any sour cream in there! I ordered two cravings boxes today and said no sour cream on any of it. Guy confirms it and even displays it on screen so I'm in the clear right? Nope, sour cream on everything. Taco and burrito are chock full of it. Chalupa didn't have any because it doesn't come with sour cream in the first place. I'll try to attach photos below since this is fairly recent. Anyway, why does this consistently happen? Probably because either one: your order at the drive thru blares over a speaker and the workers get to work on it immediately regardless of any alterations you want; or two: any alterations aside from the standard recipe causes the workers' brains to blue-screen and reboot in "make standard recipe" mode. Either way, incrediblely frustrating when people can't follow simple instructions. My suggestion when ordering; be very very very clear and direct with what you want or you'll just be ignored. Read moreI Love taco bell. However, I had to give this location 4 stars. If I could just rate the crewmembers alone, they would prob get a 5 or 4 1/2 because no one is perfect. Its rare for them to ever mess up my orders and my orders with 4 kids and a picky baby mamma, can sometimes be very complicated. Management or corporate however, would get like a 2 or 2 1/2 star rating from me. First off, all the portions on everything, such as crunchwraps etc. Seem to be so much smaller than any other location. And since its consistently and constant, its not crew member mistakes. They are getting told to use less. Next problem is they seem to get limited offers LATER than other T.B.'s and they are taken from the menu BEFORE other T.B.'s. My finale rant is they are often out of little things that can be super irritating at the time. Such as, napkins, certain sauces, certain meats, or even sometimes bags. Etc. Again, not all the time, but definitely noticeable. All in all, good...
